Since starting the franchise in few years ago, he has transformed the organization into a culture-first powerhouse—investing in player development, building a culture of winning, and strong community engagement. Passionate about winning both on and off the field, Tony believes that true success is measured not only in championships, but in the legacy a team leaves behind each year.
